Delete your Wakarii account

You can delete your Wakarii account at any time. When deletion is complete, your account data is permanently removed and cannot be restored.

Before you delete

If you have an active Wakarii Pro subscription, cancel it before deleting your account. Account deletion does not cancel app-store or web subscriptions for you.

iOS: cancel from Apple Subscriptions.
Android: cancel from Google Play Subscriptions.
Web: sign in to Wakarii and open your Lemon Squeezy customer portal from your profile.

How to delete your account

From the mobile app

Open Wakarii, then go to Settings, Edit Profile, and choose Delete my account.

From the web

Sign in at app.wakarii.com.
Go to Settings, then Edit Profile.
Choose Delete my account.

What gets deleted

Account and login records
Learning progress and SRS history
Notes, flashcards, decks, and AI conversations
Created resources, settings, and other personal data associated with your account

What is retained

Anonymized billing records retained for tax and legal compliance, up to 10 years under Uruguayan law.
A trial-redemption entry used to prevent repeated free-trial abuse after account recreation.

Can't access your account?

If you lost access to your account, forgot your password, or no longer have access to the email address, contact us at hello.shinkaworks@gmail.com or use our contact form. We will help you recover or delete the account after verifying your identity.
